Salford Social Value Alliance partners have signed a pledge to to maximise social, environmental and economic value.

The Salford Social Value Alliance is a partnership of the public sector, private sector and the voluntary community and social enterprise sectors.  It was formed just over a year ago to make Salford a better place.

Alliance partners include Salford CVS, Salford City Council, Unlimited Potential and Inspiring Communities Together. You can view all of the Alliance’s members here.

Salford is already seen as one of the leading areas nationally for building social value and has provided specialist training for over 50 local voluntary, community and private sector providers. It was recently shortlisted in the national social enterprise awards the ‘Buy Social’ Market Builder Award category for its efforts in buying from social enterprises and businesses in Salford.
