This workshop looks at how storytelling can strengthen your message, and how to use narrative to full effect.

By the end of the session you will:

• Understand how to use narrative to increase your impact
• Be able to use storytelling to build your strategy
• Identify the narrative in campaigns you see
• Be able to assess the ethical impact of the story you are telling
• Understand how to assess the context you will be telling your story in

Feeling frustrated at work is a pretty vague description. You might feel there aren’t enough growth opportunities, or like you’re working all the hours and then some and you don’t have enough successes to show for it. Your environment or your colleagues might be driving you to distraction. This workshop will show you how to identify your barriers to success, how to specify the issues that are stopping you from being the best you can be, and offer you tools to overcome them.

• Understand how to impact-assess your work
• Be able to impact-assess your ideas
• Understand how to communicate your impact to bosses, to funders, to potential clients
